Anne Hathaway probably wants to forget she ever knew Raffaello Follieri, the smooth-talking jet-setter she became romantically involved with only to discover he was a criminal piece of crap who used fake Vatican connections to swindle people. Unfortunately, the media will not let Anne’s connection to Follieri fade into history. CNBC is set to air a piece on the imprisoned Follieri’s con-artist activities as part of their New American Greed series, and of course, the promo has Anne all over it. It’s so unfair, making Anne suffer forever for one bad relationship choice. It’s not like she was the one stealing money from priests.
