Stun Gun Case Causes Spotlight to Once Again Shine on Michael Jackson’s Kids

Michael Jackson‘s kids can’t get a minute’s peace.  First they are thrust into the media spotlight by their father’s untimely and mysterious death, then they are thrust on-stage by their grandfather Joe who has made a nice living exploiting his descendants and isn’t planning to stop any time soon.  Now, it seems that the one safe haven the Jackson kiddies had – the Jackson Family compound in Encino – has become just as full of peril as that crazy outside world their nutbag father spent all those years trying to shelter them from.  The peril I’m talking about here is not of the psychological variety however, but the physical.  No, nobody has been dangling the kids out the window – they’re too old for that kind of stuff.  The danger now, according to the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services – the organization Britney Spears made famous – is from a stun gun the MJ kids’ cousin Jaafar (son of Jermaine) acquired on the internet and has been using on the property in full view of staff.

The incident most concerning to those now charged with investigating the goings-on at the Jackson Compound is one where, allegedly, Jaafar was chasing Michael’s kids Blanket and Prince around with the aforementioned stun gun.  Complicating matters for those who could face criminal charges over all this is a report that Jaafar had the stun gun for several days before anyone decided to take it away from him – and another report that says someone is hiding a second stun gun somewhere on the property.  All these “reports” are coming from staffers who clearly are not interested in taking a bullet for the Jacksons.  According to Katherine Jackson‘s lawyer Adam Streisand, these yappy staff people are actually lying – Streisand says Jaafar only had the stun gun for a few minutes and never pointed it at Blanket and Prince.

Even if Jaafar never actually zapped any of his cousins with the stun gun, the fact remains that there is clearly so little discipline and order at the Jackson Compound that, eventually, something awful and embarrassing is bound to happen.  That’s the sad reality that comes about when everyone in a family hates everyone else yet the family insists on holding together, because they need to keep sucking off the teat of the one really rich family member who is now dead but whose kids have a chance at replenishing the milk supply.  God forbid Jermaine should just get a job and take care of his own brats.  We see now why Michael never spoke to those jerks.
