The English World Cup team will probably have to play without David Beckham, after the famed soccer star ruptured his Achilles tendon during a match. Bend it Like Beckham is an entertaining movie – Snap it Like Beckham, not so much. Besides the whole World Cup thing, Beckham’s injury also means he will not be playing in MLS, which is sure to disappoint the many angry Americans who were looking forward to screaming nasty things at him. The injury is not expected to affect Beckham’s career as an underwear model, so, you can stop crying Eric Massa.
