Angelina Jolie May Soon Quit Acting in Favor of Family, Humanitarian Duties
In a new interview with Vanity Fair, Angelina Jolie makes it clear that she considers herself a mother and humanitarian first, and an actress second.
“It is not the most important thing in my life,” Jolie said when discussing her career as a movie star. “It’s a fun job. It’s a luxury. But I don’t think I’ll do it much longer.”
I feel the same way about this blogging gig. Sure, it’s a fun way of wasting time, but blogging does not define me. I consider myself, first and foremost, a world-class ass-scratcher. And, yes, like Angelina, I have adopted my share of babies from Third World countries. Of course I ended up misplacing all of them, but it’s the thought that counts.
