“Who the F— is Kanye West?” Shirt Gets Nitwit Thrown Out of Courtroom

A piece of advice to anyone who ever finds themselves in Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Thomas Farber‘s courtroom:  If you happen to be wearing a garment emblazoned with an off-color slogan, make sure he can’t read it.

You don’t want to end up like 19-year-old alternate juror Nneka Eneorj, who was unceremoniously booted from the courtroom by judge Farber after he got a gander at her “Who the Fuck is Kanye West?” t-shirt.

Actually, I think it should go without saying that if you’re in a courtroom for any reason – your own trial, or to sit on a jury – you should dress with an appropriate sense of the dignity and seriousness of the setting.

For instance, you might want to consider wearing clothing that doesn’t have any words, dirty or not, written on it anywhere.

But of course, when you’re 19 and don’t have a brain in your head, you think the world is there to serve as your personal playground.  And, if someone suggests otherwise, you tend to get pissy.

Such was certainly the case with Nneka Eneorj who, after getting tossed by judge Farber, had the nerve suggest to the press that she was having her rights violated.

“It’s supposed to be a First Amendment issue,” the half-wit whined. “But I stay apart.  I don’t open my mouth.”

You don’t open your mouth?  Then how did you manage to tell everyone that you don’t open your mouth?  Are you a ventriloquist Nneka?

I really wish Nneka had opened her mouth to the judge.  A contempt of court fine might’ve taught her a valuable lesson.
