Chris Robinson of Black Crowes Calls Taylor Swift “Horrible”
Chris Robinson is a jealous hater.
In a shocking act of old man crankiness, the Black Crowes‘ singer has blasted pop sensation Taylor Swift and the people who love her.
“I find it embarrassing that adults are like, ‘Taylor Swift is very talented,’” Robinson raved. “She’s not. She might be cute, but she’s horrible.”
Robinson went on, “They have stylists who dress them, they make records with producers who play a chord into the computer and it all comes out the same…When you have computers doing it all for you…there’s no individuality. Singing isn’t always about being on key; it’s about emotionality.”
And then Chris downed another shot of tequila, pointed to the spot on the wall where his platinum album used to hang before he had to pawn it, belched, muttered something about how fucking awesome Clapton’s 461 Ocean Boulevard is, called Taylor Swift an albino bitch, fell asleep for sixteen seconds, shuddered awake, made a wet clicking sound with his tongue, drank more tequila, stood, scratched himself on the nipple, looked down to realize he had no pants on, chuckled, turned and passed out.
Seriously though Chris Robinson – leave Taylor Swift alone. She may suck, but as I recall, your band wasn’t exactly the Rolling Stones. You weren’t even Aerosmith. You were Spin Doctors without the catchiness. And now suddenly you’re the guardian of musical authenticity? Go cry over Kate Hudson some more, you bitter old hack.
