Justin Bieber Threw Water Balloons at Cops

Justin Bieber is turning into a teenage hooligan.
Before a recent concert at the Maryland State Fair, the exuberant popster got caught throwing water balloons at state troopers on security detail. One of the balloons hit a trooper in the gun and burst.
In my dreams, the trooper whipped out his piece and filled Bieber’s hide full of lead. In reality, nothing happened.
This will only encourage Bieber to behave in an even more scamp-like manner in the future. Soon, his power will be too great for anyone to contain. And water balloons will rain down from the sky…and they will be filled with urine instead of water.
