Star Magazine Accuses Ashton Kutcher of Cheating; Ashton Threatens Lawsuit
And now, the beginning of what could prove to be a very entertaining celeb vs. tabloid battle royale.
Today, Star magazine reported exclusively that Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore‘s marriage is in trouble after Ashton was caught messing around with a hot 20-something blonde.
The alleged adulteration supposedly took place at the restaurant Madeo in L.A. “Ashton had this gorgeous girl pinned against the wall, and he was totally making out with her,” a witness told Star. “I was shocked to see him sucking face with a girl who obviously wasn’t Demi.”

I think Star magazine calling me a “cheater” qualifies as defamation of character. I hope my lawyer agrees.
STAR magazine – you don’t get to stand behind “freedom of the press” when you are writing fiction.
I do believe old aplusk just threw down on Star magazine in a legalistic sense. And of course his lady Demi has his back. She tweeted in response to his “you don’t get to stand behind ‘freedom of the press’” observation:

I don’t know what will happen to Star magazine, but given Ashton’s history, I’d be checking the office for hidden cameras, and under no circumstances would I allow anyone who looks like Dax Shepard into the building. Also…I hope for Ashton’s sake he really didn’t cheat, cause Demi Moore? She doesn’t seem like the type who would take that sort of thing very well.
