Lena Heady is in fact, a Master Troll

Lena Heady, the actress who portrays Cersei Lannister on HBO’s smash hit, Game of Thrones, appeared on Jimmy Kimmel. In the interview, Heady is wearing a sleeveless t-shirt with a special message to fans of both the show and the books.

The t-shirt in question, featured the outline of a heart with the words, “I’m not sorry”. While neither Heady or Kimmel addressed the shirt, many fans (myself included), are questioning whether or not it was an answer to the outrage over Lady Stoneheart’s exclusion from the Game of Thrones season 4 finale.

In April, Heady posted a picture to her Instagram account, that many fans considered a foreshadowing of sorts, as to the possible appearance of the mysterious Lady Stoneheart.

This wasn’t the first time the actress posted a possible foreshadowing of things to come on her Instagram account. A few weeks before she posted the above picture, Heady posted a photo of her and actor Pedro Pascal (The Red Viper of Dorne, Prince Oberyn Martell). In the photo, Heady is pressing her thumbs into Pascal’s skull, in an exact reenactment of Pascal’s character’s death.

In March, Heady posted a picture of a mail lion on top of a female lion. Again, an overwhelming number of fans pointed to the fact that it was an homage to the infamous “Not rape, but it sure looked like rape” scene, where Jaime Lannister forces himself on Cersei, while she is keeping vigil over the body of her dead son, Joffrey. The Lion is the House Sigil of House Lannister.

Regardless of Lena Heady’s actual intentions with her Instagram posts, and her subsequent t-shirt message, fans should appreciate the fact that the extremely talented actress is willing to interact with them in a way that most stars never do. In an earlier article, I asked if Lena Heady was sending fans a message regarding Stoneheart, or was she just a Master Troll…I think we have our answer.
